Any company forming alliance with EZ Doc Filer in this early stage would become a part of our "core" family and profit most. We are not just an "out of the box" software. EZ Doc Filer is fully customizable based on our client's needs. We provide our clients with database integration, full text and template search capabilities. Our competition's definition of being "database integrated" differs from EZ Doc Filer's. While our competition integrates with their own backend for search capabilities, EZ Doc Filer is actually integrating with an outside software that performs our clients day to day activities. With our search features and technology EZ Doc Filer is capable of pulling an exact document the client is looking for. EZ Doc Filer is also known to provide excellent customer service and support.

Technology partners are vendors that complement EZ Doc Filer with integrated software and hardware solutions.  Integrating EZ Doc Filer's technology with our vendors products, enhance the services provided by both EZ Doc Filer and our vendors, while marketing both company names.

Lead Generation Pricing -  
Alliance would create awareness by their sales force by introducing EZ-DOC Filer at the proposal stages and offer a proposal which offers a system both with and without EZ-Doc Filer. At the point of interest in document management our sales force would step in and attempt to close that transaction.

Reseller Pricing -
Alliance would offer training to their sales force by our internal personal so that they could re-sell EZ-Doc Filer.

We are in the early stages of our alliance relationships.  Most are informal or in the "we will migrate" stages.  We do believe that more formal alliances will be made and a company that forms an alliance with us in the early stages will benefit most.  We are beginning to implement an aggressive program to form alliance partners that will benefit all parties.
